TaqwaGPT is in free-only growth phase. No payments are collected. When paid plans launch, this policy will be updated before any billing begins.

1. Overview

TaqwaGPT ("we", "our", "us") is operated by NeuralTan AI. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use TaqwaGPT via web (taqwagpt.com), Telegram (@TaqwaGPT_bot), or WhatsApp.

We are committed to Islamic digital ethics: transparency, user control, and never selling your data.

2. Information We Collect

Security: Detecting and preventing abuse

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Period.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit (SSL/TLS). We implement access controls, regular security reviews, and principle of least privilege.

Chat queries are processed through our AI pipeline. Conversation history (last 3 turns) is retained per user session to maintain context. Full chat logs are not permanently stored unless required for service improvement (anonymized).

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate TaqwaGPT:

DeepSeek API: AI language model for generating responses
OpenAI API: Text embeddings for semantic search
Hostinger SMTP: Transactional email delivery
Telegram API / WhatsApp API: Bot message routing

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data required for operation.

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies: localStorage for session state (language preference, user ID) and referral tracking. No third-party tracking cookies, no advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

Access: Request a copy of your data
Correction: Update inaccurate information
Deletion: Request account and data deletion
Portability: Export your data in machine-readable format

8. Children's Privacy

TaqwaGPT is intended for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If discovered, such data will be promptly deleted.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the platform and/or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
